Understanding your coverage should be easier.
Plan ahead for therapy costs. Before services begin, confirm whether the clinic works with your specific plan, whether a referral or authorization is required and what you may be responsible for paying.

Birth to age 3 • Regional center services
Early intervention with San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center
Sensory Bridge provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers from birth until their third birthday through San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center (SG/PRC). We work with families to support emerging movement, play and everyday skills during these early years.
Early Start eligibility is determined by the regional center. If your child is already receiving services, ask your service coordinator about a referral to Sensory Bridge and the authorization needed to begin.
For a first Early Start referral, contact SG/PRC's Early Start Intake Department at (909) 710-8675, or visit the regional center's Early Start page. For questions about our services, call (909) 258-9292.
SDP funding for Sensory Movement Academy
Sensory Movement Academy offers sensory movement activities through the Self-Determination Program under service code 331, Community Integration. Activities focus on active play, practical skills and everyday participation.
We currently work with ACE FMS and RITZ FMS and are open to working with other FMS providers. Before scheduling, confirm that the program fits your child's approved spending plan and that the required funding and provider paperwork are in place.
Explore the Academy and SDPSelf-pay and superbills
Self-pay is available, and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer. Call us to discuss rates, payment terms and how to request your superbill.
What should I ask my insurer about a superbill?
Ask about submission requirements, any out-of-network benefits and the reimbursement process for your specific plan. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.
