Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026. This website policy is separate from the clinic’s patient Notice of Privacy Practices.
About this policy
This policy explains how Sensory Bridge Pediatric Therapy handles information connected with www.sensorybridgetherapy.com. Our clinic is at 3220 S Brea Canyon Rd, Ste E, Diamond Bar, CA 91765-3481. The public website provides information for parents, caregivers, referring professionals, and other visitors. For information about patient records, clinical intake documents, and treatment-related privacy rights, ask the clinic for its separate Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact the clinic by email or phone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use that information to respond to your questions and coordinate the next step. We do not sell or rent contact information, or use it to create advertising audiences. Please avoid sending detailed medical records or sensitive health information through ordinary email. Use the clinic’s client portal or ask us how to provide clinical information.
The evaluation-request page links to a SimplePractice contact form and client portal. Information submitted there is processed through that service and the clinic’s intake workflow; it is not stored by the website inquiry counter described below.
Technical information and hosting
When you access the website, your browser connects to our hosting provider, KnownHost, and to services used to display website features. Those connections transmit technical information, which can include an IP address, browser details, requested resources, and the time of a request. Hosting and service providers may retain logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot their services. These logs are separate from our aggregate inquiry report.
Website inquiry measurement
Our first-party counter records daily totals for page views and clicks on evaluation, appointment-form, phone, and email links. It groups referrals broadly as Google, Bing, AI referrals, other websites, or direct/unknown. These totals help us understand how people find the website and which contact links they use.
The counter does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, full page or referring URLs, IP addresses, or unique visitor identifiers in its report. It does not transmit its counters to Google Analytics or an advertising platform. This description applies to the counter, not to separate hosting logs or outside services.
To carry the broad referral group between pages, the counter uses browser session storage. It stores a category such as “Google,” not a visitor ID. That session storage normally ends when the browser tab session ends. The counter does not set analytics cookies. Logged-in website users and previews are excluded.
The counter skips measurement when it detects a Do Not Track value of “1” or a Global Privacy Control signal. This behavior does not control logging or tracking by external services. The report displays the most recent 30 days of totals; counters older than approximately 90 days are removed when an administrator opens the report.
Cookies, outside services, and links
WordPress can use cookies for administrative login and related website functions. Our public website does not offer visitor account registration; client portal access is provided through SimplePractice. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser, although blocking them may affect some services.
The site loads Google Fonts and includes a Google Maps embed on the location page. The Parent Resources page includes a YouTube player using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. The player loads as the video section approaches the visible area of the page and connects to YouTube; videos do not play automatically. The homepage displays Google reviews using a Trustindex review widget. These providers can receive technical information when those features load and may use cookies or other technologies under their own policies. They may collect information about visits across websites over time. Their behavior is not governed by the first-party counter’s privacy settings.
Links to SimplePractice, Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, the regional center, and other websites take you to separate services. Those services have their own privacy practices. See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google services, and review the applicable service’s privacy information before submitting personal information.
Your questions and choices
You can choose not to send an inquiry, use browser controls for cookies and storage, and contact the clinic by phone if you prefer. To ask about information you have provided to us, request a correction, or ask about retention or other privacy choices, contact the clinic using the details below. Requests involving patient records should be handled through the clinic’s patient-record process rather than this website counter.
Retention
The aggregate counter’s retention is described above. Retention of contact correspondence, hosting logs, and information held by outside services depends on the applicable clinic workflow, provider settings, and recordkeeping requirements. Contact the clinic for details about the information relevant to your request.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date when this policy changes.
